Jennifer Bojorquez, partner in Troutman Pepper’s Multifamily Housing and Finance and Restructuring practice groups, has received a
2023 Lawyers in Real Estate award from Connect CRE for her practice excellence and contributions to his local community. Bojorquez is among only 12 attorneys in the California area to be profiled by the organization.

Bojorquez counsels lenders on Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae multifamily loan origination and servicing matters, as well as on construction and bridge financing. She also represents developers on purchase and sale and financing transactions
for industrial, retail and residential developments.
In addition to her successful practice, Bojorquez is active in the legal community and in Orange County. She often volunteers her time, mentoring and advocating for women and girls in the local community and serving the underserved.
She also chairs the Troutman Pepper Women’s Leadership Committee which focuses on developing skills of women associates, growing business development opportunities for women attorneys, and partnering with local nonprofits
and clients on their initiatives.
