The Cliffs, a collection of seven private, luxury residential mountain and lake club communities, announced July 18 Cherokee Rose, a development in its Mountain Park community.
The new development will be comprised of 12 homesites, ranging from 1.19 to 4.25 acres. Pricing for Cherokee Rose properties begins at $299,500.

The Cliffs unveiled plans for its Mountain Park community’s sports pavilion. The facility’s amenities will include two tennis courts, two pickleball courts, two padel courts, a resort-style pool, a playground, a one-acre dog park, and indoor and outdoor dining options.

“The Cliffs at Mountain Park is set within the center of The Cliffs’ seven communities, offering its members access to an unparalleled slate of amenities,” said Richard Seay, director of sales at The Cliffs. “The new homesites at Cherokee Rose will offer buyers exceptional views of the community’s pristine landscapes and the sports pavilion will augment the expertly curated social and recreational programming and high-level amenities that already define Mountain Park.”
The Cliffs also purchased The Village at Mountain Park in Travelers Rest from Blackstone Development. The acquisition included 15 acres as well as some roads within the mixed-use village, comprised of commercial and residential buildings and lots. The Cliffs’ long-range plans for development in The Village at Mountain Park include residential, boutique commercial and amenities offerings.
