Editor’s Note: While it may appear some sellers have made large profits from the sale of their properties, these real estate transaction reports do not reflect any improvements or investments owners have made since purchasing their properties. Many properties gain monetary value over time. But in some cases, it is possible that sellers have made only slight profits on their transactions, or even lost money.
