The Eskenazis bought the property in 2023 for $322,000.
Just down the highway a few miles, Steve and Gina Spencer bought a 2,300-SF two-story frame siding home at the 7200 block of Highway 67, in Gurdon, for $339,000. Previous owners George and Ronda Bates bought the land only in 2001 for $22,000.
For $265,000 Tim and Beverly Gables bought a 2,925-SF brick home on Pinewood Drive, Arkadelphia. Previous owners Stacy and James Freeman bought the place in 2002 for $155,000.
Allen and Francis Morgan purchased 127.92 acres of timber situated between Bateman and Central road, Shiloh community, for $250,000. Previous owner Sharon Smith bought the land in 2006 for $85,000.
Toy and Kimberlee Reed sold their 1,300-SF frame siding house and 7 acres at the 2000 block of Highway 51 North, Joan. Bryan Flynn bought the place from the Reeds for $165,000.
Cody Blackmon purchased a 1,760-SF brick home at the 1800 block of Center Street, Arkadelphia, for $163,000. Previous owners were Gale and John Hudson.
For $142,000 Dylan and Daphne Davis were able to sell 34.97 acres of timber off of Highway 84 near Amity, between the Caddo River and the Hot Spring County line. Roger and Vickie Smith are the new owners.
Joshua Binns bought a 1,808-SF frame siding home and 4 acres at the 7600 block of Highway 67, Gurdon, for $140,000. Jeff Overton, et al, owned the home previously.
Richard Jr. and Josefina Brewer sold their 1,950-SF brick home at the 800 block of East Maple Street, Gurdon, to Even and Eden Spears. The Brewers bought the place for $46,000 in 2005, and sold it to the Spearses for $140,000.
Phyllis Mayo purchased a 1,472-SF brick home at the 2200 block of Golden Street, Arkadelphia, for $136,000. Previous owners were Rita and James Harris.
For $135,000 Roxanne Easter bought a 1,436-SF home at the 1200 block of Haddock Street, Arkadelphia. Previous owner Kelsey Looney bought the place for $116,000 in 2022.
Wrapping up these real estate transactions, Kellie Smithpeters sold a 1,344-SF frame siding home at the 1000 block of South 27th Street, Arkadelphia, for $110,000. New owners are Joe and Leslie Robinson.
