A home in Aurora has sold for $540,000, according to real estate transfers from the Portage County Auditor’s Office. Today’s listings cover the week of Nov. 22, 2023.
The Aurora home, at 225 Lakeland Way, had a selling price of $540,000.
According to Realtor.com, the Lakeland Way home was built in 2017 on a .24-acre lot. At 3,452 square feet, the home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two-car garage.
The listing notes that many updates were made to the house, which is a ranch style.
As seen in photos, the open kitchen has high ceilings along with a center island with room for three seats and stainless steel appliances, including double ovens and a stove top. The kitchen flows into the living room and sunroom with a wall of windows that look out onto a pond and golf course.
In the front of the home, there’s an office space with built-ins, and a dining room.
All but one of the bedrooms are located on the main floor, including the owners’ suite with an en-suite bathroom.
On the lower level, there’s a bedroom and full bathroom as well as a rec room. The previous owners maximized the space with a living set, a card table, a six-person dining set, exercise equipment and another small office space.
