An English manor-style estate in Colleyville hit the market for $8.75 million.
The home, at 6401 Westcoat Drive, is 9,599 square feet. Greystone Manor features five bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and one half bath.
Behind a gated entry, the front lawn stretches over 4 acres, and a winding driveway framed by oak trees and a stocked fishing pond leads you to the front, said Tracy Tutor, founder of the Tracy Tutor Team, which handles luxury real estate listings in Texas and California.
Tutor, a mainstay on the real estate reality show Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, told The Dallas Morning News that her firm, Douglas Elliman, is handling the listing.
“It’s a surprise when you drive up to the property,” she said. “For me, the curb appeal and the approach is probably the most magnificent part.”
Inside, there’s an elevator, a dry sauna, two kitchens and a theater that Tutor estimates could host between 12 and 15 people.
Outside, there is a stunning glass greenhouse, a back lawn event venue, and two saltwater pools. The first is a resistance pool just off to the side of the main home, and a larger main pool is set further back.

The home was constructed in 2002 and updated in 2017. Among the additions was a newly designed pool home that features floor-to-ceiling accordion glass doors, a full kitchen and two bathrooms.
“From an entertaining standpoint, it really lends itself to hosting big beautiful events inside and outside the house, which I think makes it a little special,” Tutor said.
The home and the 6.81 acres it sits on are included in the listing price. The homeowner owns an additional 54 acres of land that could be purchased separately or as part of this deal.
The house and all 54 acres would cost $28.75 million, Tutor said.
The home and roughly 9 additional acres were listed last September for $13 million, but a deal was not made. A 45-lot residential development was planned for 43 of those acres, but the Colleyville City Council scuttled the plans early last year.
The median home price in Colleyville was $1.13 million in March, according to numbers from North Texas Real Estate Information Systems and the Texas Real Estate Research Center at Texas A&M University.
