TWO house-flippers have revealed how they transformed a horrific run-down shack into an idyllic family home.
The four-bedroom property looked unrecognizable and was worth almost twice as much by the time the job was done.

Tarek and Christina are the former hosts of HGTV’s Flip Flop and were once a married couple.
In one episode, they purchased a near-derelict Florida home for $450,000 to renovate and sell for a profit.
Although it had four bedrooms, Christina said it looked “literally out of a horror movie.”
She even refused to step foot in one of the bedrooms, saying it smelled terrible and was like a “creepy murder room.”
However, Tarek and Christina got to work, completely gutting the home.
It took $133,000 to tear down walls, replace framing damaged by termites, and add new kitchens and bathrooms throughout the house.
After 109 days, the property was transformed into a cozy family home with plenty of natural light and modern fittings throughout.
Tarek and Christina received 11 offers and sold to a cash buyer for $780,000.
That resulted in a profit of just under $200,000.
Christina said she never would have thought they could make money on the “crazy, weird, hoarder house.”
I flipped a $32,000 home and expected ‘big problems’ but it sold for $120,000
FLIPPING MAD
But the HGTV stars aren’t the only ones who have made a serious profit flipping houses.
Adriel Hsu is a former engineer from Texas who now spends his time buying run-down homes and transforming them into stunning pieces of real estate.
He recently shared how he bought a $43,000 home to renovate.
Adriel got a good deal by buying through probate, a court-managed process for selling real estate that belongs to a deceased person’s estate.
He did a full renovation, spending $68,000 to transform the property with a new kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring throughout.
It all paid off when the home sold for $166,000.
One mom has revealed how she did a six-figure reno to her own home without using any of her own money.
And some have even made money flipping houses without doing any work at all.
