HOUSE flippers have revealed their stunning transformation on a home that reaped in a huge profit.
The real estate experts shared a video on TikTok to show one additional feature that changed the value of the property.

“This flip was perfectly executed and came out amazing!” the account (@investnewwestern) said in the video.
“The property was originally a 3 bed 1 bath but now sits as a 3 bed 2 bath. Capturing a higher ARV and making for an easier sale.”
ARV – or after-repair value – is described as the estimated value of a property after completed renovations, not in its current condition, according to Rocket Mortgage.
Simply adding an extra bathroom to the home gave the experts a bigger boost in profits.
However, the investors took it a step further and used $50,000 to give the home a modern makeover.
They updated the kitchen from an old white fridge and white cabinets to a more open kitchen that appeared brighter and had grey cabinets with new appliances.
They even added a nice touch to the bathroom with royal blue cabinetry and gold accents.
Some TikTok users validated the house flippers’ work in the comments.
“That house looked amazing afterwards!” one user wrote.
“Great transformation,” another shared.
The U.S. Sun has reached out to the TikTokers for comment.
A couple in South Carolina also recently flipped a home they bought for $187,500.
The property sat at 1,750 square feet and included three bedrooms and one bathroom.
The couple unfortunately went over their budget as they spent a whopping $202,000 on renovations.
They revamped the home to have an additional three bathrooms and increased the square footage to 1,850 square feet.
The property ended up selling for $475,000 cash, making for a profit of $85,500.
