3. 61 Somers, Crystal Bay: $19 million
This crazy thing about 61 Somers is that the price is essentially just for the land.
This Crystal Bay property doesn’t even have a house, but what it does have is 5.61 acres of prime lakefront real estate that includes more than 1,600 feet of shoreline. It also has a private pier and is permitted for two buoys.

1. 32 Crystal Drive, Crystal Bay: $26 million
This Crystal Bay mansion is the priciest Lake Tahoe residential property that sold in 2023 and for good reason.
It’s certainly the most opulent among the five properties in this list, featuring New Zealand wool rugs, Belgian hand-carved walls and a fireplace imported all the way from France.
To fulfill its owner’s vehicular needs, the property has three garages, including an oversized one with an RV parking door, plus a dock with two boat lifts. Other amenities include a 16-seat theater and an area for activities such as shuffleboard.
