This three-bedroom apartment was gut renovated in 2018 — the owners converted it from a two-bed to a three and put in new oak floors, radiator covers, plumbing, and wiring, among other things. It has a very large living room–dining room–open kitchen, with windows in every room and a washer dryer. But perhaps the most alluring feature is that the maintenance in this pet-friendly co-op is just $634 a month. Imagine!

This apartment, located in a pretty red brick townhouse in highly desirable Brooklyn Heights, is a little strange — there’s a large, attractive living room, a cute windowed kitchen, and two “dens” — windowless interior rooms that could be used for sleeping, working, or a really ample storage. The space could use a renovation and maybe a new layout — an apartment in the same line upstairs swapped the bedroom and the kitchen — but it definitely has potential.

While the layout is fairly efficient, the space is pleasingly arranged, with nice light in the living and bedrooms and a fair amount of closets and built-in storage.
