Attorneys ‘On the Move’: Seyfarth Adds Real Estate Partner; Structured Finance Partner

• Gregory Gulia and Vanessa Hew have joined Womble Bond Dickinson as partners in the firm’s trademarks, copyrights, and transactions practice group. They both join from Cozen O’Connor.

Saadia Ghazi, partner at Seyfarth Shaw

• Seyfarth Shaw has hired Saadia Ghazi as a partner in its servicing & special servicing practice in the firm’s real estate department. She was previously with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.

• Robert Dobrish, the founder and managing partner of the boutique matrimonial firm Dobrish Michaels Gross, which has recently discontinued operations, has become of counsel at Cohen Clair Lans Greifer & Simmpson.

Orion Mountainspring, partner at Orrick

• Orion Mountainspring has rejoined Orrick as a partner in the firm’s structured finance group. He was most recently a partner at Chapman and Cutler and previously served as a senior director at S&P Global. He began his career at Orrick as an associate and was there for seven years.

• Wilk Auslander has added commercial real estate lawyer David Bleckner as a partner.

• Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner has added David Holmberg as a partner in the firm’s global tax practice. He was formerly with Akin Gump.

Jaymie Einhorn, partner at Fullerton Beck

• Fullerton Beck, a women-owned litigation firm based in White Plains, has added Jaymie Einhorn as a partner in its medical malpractice group. She was previously a partner at Dopf.

• Polsinelli has added Steve Polyakov and Patrick Rice as shareholders. Polyakov, formerly with Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, has joined the firm’s health care department and health care operations practice. Rice, formerly with Greenberg Traurig, has joined the firm’s private equity practice group. In addition, the firm has elevated Samuel Hayim, Sarah  Kocher and Emily Phillips to shareholders in New York.

Christopher Gorman, member at Rosenberg & Estis

John Muldoon, associate at Rosenberg & Estis

• Rosenberg & Estis has hired Christopher Gorman as a member and John Muldoon as an associate in the firm’s litigation department. They both join from Abrams Fensterman where Gorman was a partner and director of the real estate and construction litigation department and Muldoon was an associate.

• Perkins Coie has promoted Colleen Ganin to partner in New York.

• Anna Mercado Clark, a partner at Phillips Lytle, has been elected president of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association.

Brett Friedman, Healthcare Partner at Ropes & Gray

• Ropes & Gray health care partner Brett Friedman has been appointed to the New York State Commission on the Future of Health Care, announced by New York Governor Kathy Hochul. He will be part of a 13-member advisory body focused on providing recommendations for the state’s health care system.

• Selendy Gay Elsberg has promoted associates David Coon, Michael Duke, Will Rathgeber, and Vivek Tata to partner.

• Cahill Gordon & Reindel has added Frank Weigand as a partner and chair of its trading and markets practice. He was previously general counsel at Oasis Pro Markets.

Brooke Camhi, senior managing director at Baretz+Brunelle

• Baretz+Brunelle has added former state prosecutor and a winner of “The Amazing Race,” Brooke Camhi as senior managing director. Prior to joining, she was the director of complex litigation and strategic partnerships at Esquire Solutions.

• Lucy Kweskin has joined Katten Muchin Rosenman as a partner in the firm’s insolvency and restructuring practice. She joins from Mayer Brown where she was a global restructuring partner.

• Goldberg Segalla added Kathleen Ramirez and Siya Saggi as associates to the firm’s workers’ compensation group in Garden City. Ramirez was previously with Shulman and Hill. The firm has also hired Stephen Grillo as an associate to its civil litigation and trial group.

• Coffey Modica has promoted associates Maxwell Bottini and Joseph Hopkins to counsel.

• Haynes and Boone has added Leel Sinai as counsel in the firm’s finance section. He joins from White & Case.

• Blank Rome has added Molly Henneberry as an associate in the firm’s general litigation practice group. She joins from Akerman.
