Junior to Senior Level Real Estate Associate Attorney – Above the Law

The Dallas office of our client, a Top I00 AmLaw international firm, is seeking a Real Estate Associate with a minimum of 2 years experience. This position affords significant client interaction and requires a high level of responsibility within a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a variety of sophisticated real estate transactions, including joint ventures, secured financings and/or acquisitions/dispositions. Candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiating skills. This is a great opportunity for a real estate attorney interested in joining a vibrant practice within one of the world’s premier global law firms. Candidates should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as large law firm experience and excellent references. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including legal research and writing, are also required.
