BACHELOR couple Matt James and Rachael Kirkconnell have settled into a new home together in Jupiter, Florida, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal details.

However, there have been some ups and downs ever since they revealed they were no longer together during the After The Final Rose special.

They had eventually gotten back together and then broke up before finally committing to each other without an engagement ring.

Going two years strong, the couple purchased a new home together located in Jupiter, Florida, which is nearby Matt’s best friend Tyler Cameron.

The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal that the former Bachelor signed the deed on their new home on May 26, 2023.

He purchased the home for $1,400,000.

Matt had taken out a $1.2 million mortgage to help pay for the massive home.

The couple’s new home has five bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, and over 3,500 sq. ft. of space.

The property was built in 2006 but has since been updated.

Featuring a movie room, large open kitchen with quartz counter tops, and private backyard with a hot tub, the Jupiter house is perfect for entertaining guests.

Luckily for the Bachelor stars, there is a community boat ramp for easy access to the beach and other nearby activities.

In addition, their location is within walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops.

And, it’s only a 15-minute drive to bestie Tyler Cameron’s new $660K beach house in Hobe Sound.

AVAILABLE TO RENT

The U.S. Sun has confirmed through a real estate source that Matt and Rachael’s new home is now available to rent.

“Furnished annual or seasonal rental available for 2023/2024 season in the heart of Jupiter,” the real estate listing states.

The cost per month is $8,000, which is lower than the initial asking price of $9,500.

The property was placed for rent in May after the transfer of the deed, but then the listing was removed in July.

It was again listed for rent in October and November.

Given the couple’s frequent travel schedule, they might have listed it for rent to go on new adventures or spend time with their respective families in Georgia where Rachael’s from or North Carolina where Matt’s from.

Bachelor Nation got to learn more about Matt’s family when his mom, Patty James, was a contestant on The Golden Bachelor.

FLIPPING HOMES?

After purchasing his Jupiter home in May, Matt purchased another home in Jupiter for $404,000 on July 17, 2023.

It’s unclear if the home is going to be flipped or used as a second home while the million-dollar home is being rented out.

The three-bedroom, one bath single family home has approximately 825 sq. ft. of space and was built in 1976.

If the reality star is flipping homes, perhaps it’s with help from Tyler who told The U.S. Sun that he’s “got a lot of projects going on” when it comes to construction work in Jupiter.

Rachael also teased in the virtual tour: “Stay tuned for the next project we have with Downeast. We will see you soon.”

HOME TOUR

The former football player and the graphic designer gave an exclusive look of their home in an Instagram reel, which was furnished with help from Downeast.

Rachael began by telling their fans: “When we first go this house, I came across Downeast. I fell in love with their pieces.

“I reached out to them and we were able to work together to create this beautiful space not just for us, but for anyone who walks through our door.”

Matt added: “A home to me isn’t a home unless it’s filed with the people that we love and that is really the ethos we took in designing the living room.”

Rachael shared that they wanted the furniture to be “traditional but still have a touch of modern to it,” and that they wanted it to be “stylish but still comfortable.”

When showing off their living room, Matt said that their leather sofas were “really durable” and joked that they’ll be having “lot of booties” on the couch which is why comfort is important.

Then, they showed off their kitchen and both agreed that food was a “really big part of our relationship.”

The couple normally posts social media content checking out various restaurants and eateries around the country as part of Matt’s ABC Food Tours nonprofit.

Matt admitted: “Rachael does a lot of the cooking and I do a lot of the hovering.”

BE OUR GUEST

The couple’s dining room is perfect for game nights or big family dinners, they revealed.

Since they never had big space until now, Matt was grateful for being able to give back to his family and friends.

The athelete shared: “Over the years, I’ve had so many people open up their home to me offering me beds, offering me a place to lay my head and having a place of my own, I wanted to pay that forward.”

With four guest rooms and one suite to themselves – Rachael’s “favorite space” – they now have more than enough beds to have sleepovers with their friends.

The overall vibe of the rooms is comfort with neutral tones.

Guests will be entertained in their movie room, which has a large couch and lots of room for playing sports or video games.

Rachael, in her opinion, prefers to watch rom-coms and chick flicks.

“We are literally going to live in this room,” she spilled.
