He is accused of misusing over $900,000 in federal COVID-19 relief funds for personal expenses, including real estate and a Chevrolet Camaro. Joseph was arrested on Tuesday and made his first court appearance.Joseph owns Adams & Joseph, Inc., which operates two gas stations in the Kansas City metro area. His business received nearly $2 million in COVID-19 relief funding between June 2020 and November 2021.He faces six counts of theft of government property.
