“My strategy is, make an Instagram house,” Jokeeta said. In addition to being a home flipper, she runs a design company called Interiors by Jae.
While each property has different needs, there are common upgrades they make to each one that the couple says add value.
These include adding things like pot fillers, gallery rails, vinyl floors, remodeled rooms, backsplashes, feature walls, new doors, new shower heads, and built-in features like shelves and shower seats.
