New Jersey homes sold in less than a month, making it fifth in the nation for fastest- selling homes, according to Realtor.com.
The data showed that homes sold in about 30 days in June, about two days slower than in May.
Only Rhode Island, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, and Ohio had homes that sold faster.
The slowest-selling homes were in Hawaii, Louisiana, and Florida, where it took nearly two months to sell homes.
