Blickenstaff purchased the home in 2019 for $485,000, according to realtor.com. It was sold June 14 for $625,000. It was initially priced at $750,000 when it was listed for sale in March.

According to Keller Williams Premier Realty listing agent Julie Bielfeldt; the three-bedroom, two-bath 2,433 square feet home occupies three wooded lots and boasts scenic views of both park property and the Illinois River.
Other selling points included extensive landscaping that includes a firepit built into a patio and a rock path leading to a private pergola, lounging patios, a gas log fireplace, and a new covered outdoor cooking patio.
