The duplex penthouse of an upcoming condo building in Bal Harbour, Florida, is on the market for $67.5 million, boasting a roof deck with an infinity-like pool meeting an endless ocean view, Mansion Global can report.
The sky mansion at the Rivage Bal Harbour spans 12,603 square feet on the inside, and another 4,918 outdoor square feet atop the 24-story Collins Avenue development, which is located at the tip of the famed barrier island, north of Miami Beach.

The 54-unit building, designed by architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), is the work of prominent South Florida developers Related Group and Two Roads Development, with Rockpoint involved as well as a capital partner.
Every room in this five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home is designed to maximize the ocean and bay views offered by its location. “Usually, [only] your living room and bedroom will have ocean views, but here that’s not the case,” said Eric Fordin, a senior vice president at Related. “We designed the building so that the majority of rooms have ocean views.”

For even more views, the multi-level terrace offers an outdoor pool hugging a glass panel wall that drops away to the ocean below, overlooking a lower-level deck that wraps around the building’s curved facade.
The Rivage joins the crowd of ultra-luxe condo towers coming to market in the wake of the South Florida post-pandemic migration—but there are only a handful of units asking above $50 million. In recent months, a record-breaking $120 million listing at the Shore Club in Miami Beach went into contract, while two units at a boutique condo on Fisher Island—also from Related Group—went for $150 million combined.

Amenities at the Rivage include 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor lounge space, spa facilities and beach cabanas. The building also offers two pools, called the sunrise and sunset pools, strategically located to soak in sunlight at different times of the day. The building is scheduled for completion in 2026.
Sales at the property were launched in January 2023, and other than the penthouse, there are currently four units ranging from $9 million to $24.1 million for sale, according to Douglas Elliman, which is marketing the property.
